I started working with Katie in October of 2021 looking to purchase a multifamily property in the capital region. As a first time home buyer entering a tough seller's market, we had some significant challenges to overcome. After months and months of stalking Zillow listings, attending countless showings and getting offer after offer rejected, I finally went under contract on a property only to find out it had major structural issues. At this point homeownership seemed out of reach. To come so close when it was so difficult to get an offer accepted was incredibly frustrating and depressing. But throughout this process, Katie always maintained a positive attitude. Despite our many struggles, Katie always believed we'd eventually find and purchase a property, and a couple months later we did. Throughout the process Katie was responsive to my many questions. She was knowledgeable about the area's market and the strategies that would help us successfully make a purchase. I learned a lot about purchasing a home from working with Katie and I was extremely fortunate to have her on my team.
